We offer a Food Safety Supervisor's course that is tailored to your company needs and incorporates your Quality Manual. Our training methods and delivery reflect the learning needs of teenagers and Generation Y as a majority employees of quick service restaurants are young people. The course is delivered to a group of participants as close as possible to your outlets if not directly at your premises. Our experienced trainers/assessors travel within Australia and New Zealand.

The nationally accredited course includes the following units of competency:


1   SITXOHS002A Follow workplace hygiene procedures

1   SITXFSA001A Implement food safety procedures


The fee varies and is dependant on a number of factors such as the size of your company, your requirements, travel involved, and will be established on individual basis.
